  • Amplifying the customer experience by identifying opportunities for increased customer engagement online. 
  • Identifying opportunities for increased brand awareness through partnerships, influencers and promotional campaigns. 
  • Creating a social advertising strategy that increases the right kind of fans and builds engagement. 
  • Understand your existing data and how to use it to make strategic decisions so you can use things like local culture and demographic information to target new and engaged prospects. 
  • Developing a streamlined organizational flow to assure that any customer support inquiries that pop up on social are delegated and handled in an appropriate, timely manner.
